Team-building based on art and Nature

“So why aren’t employees fulfilled in their current jobs? Three big reasons:
Not enough challenge or growth, not feeling appreciated or connected, and a lack of ownership or impact. A deficiency in any of these can prevent people from experiencing fulfillment at work.”

—2023 Global Culture Report, Finding Fulfillment, O.C. Tanner

  • 82% of American workers report being unengaged in their work

  • 86% of employees say that poor collaboration and a lack of communication are the main causes of workplace failures

  • A study of 615,000 American workers found that culture, values and leadership matter more than money

Collaborative Murals Facilitated by Dr. Sweta

FAQs

  • Through collaborative community artwork and connection exercises, we facilitate shared creative experiences to lay the foundation for success, spark innovation and envision a positive future connected to what matters for your team/community

  • Singing Tree Murals have been created all around the world in organizations, schools, communities and even countries recovering from war. Students, professionals, elders, cultural communities have all benefited from this process. It’s designed to offer problem-solving, connection and innovation amongst a wide variety of groups.

  • There are many benefits the Singing Tree process brings to a group. But what makes it unique is that it’s a way to connect and develop people without needing to learn something new to apply. It’s experiential and creativity not only creates connection but it also enhances well-being. In an epidemic of burnout, this is a great benefit. It’s also a way for participants to express themselves, connect, share ideas and open up to creative solutions in real time.

  • Dr. Sweta along with possible other co-facilitators will lead your team. She is an experienced facilitator and a former professor with over 20 years experience. She is trained in several modalities and is a certified Step Into Your Moxie - vocal empowerment facilitator. Dr. Sweta can incorporate additional tools and trainings while customizing the experience for your organizations needs.

  • Another unique gift with this process is that it can accommodate participants both in-person and remote. There is also a wide capacity for involvement. The facilitator will work with a lead design team from your organization on site. Participants from all over the company can add their ideas and expression via leaves and birds that will be added to the final mural.

  • Absolutely not. Dr Sweta herself is not a trained artist and has little skill. This is another unique feature of this process. Through creativity and collaboration we find a way to get everyones ideas expressed in a beautiful way.
